I have been an attorney for 29 years, with experience in several practice areas, including taxation, estate planning, environmental law and consumer protection.  I have done extensive tax litigation at both the federal and state levels.  I have also served as an environmental prosecutor in the Santa Cruz County District Attorney's Office.  I currently sit on the Boards of Directors of the Santa Cruz County Bar Association and Save Our shores, and am a member of the State Bar of California Trusts and Estates Section and the Santa Cruz County Estate Planning Council.
